    Loyalty team's service with my note7 concern,

      since 29th Oct, I keep on asking about my note 7 replacement.

      your loyalty team keep on saying that Back end team will contact me in a while but no one called me during 2weeks.

      who will resolve my problem?

      even all agents who talked with me provided wrong information, so Im still paying note 7 price.

      I asked the last agent ehraine to let their manager to call me. and she said her manage will call me at 2:30 today. but still no one call me.

      my note 7 is in Samsung already as Japan airport didnt allow me to bring my note7 inside, hence Japan Samsung took my note 7.

      I've informed this issue to your loyalty team already and submitted the certificate what I received from Japan Samsung.

      However you guys still charge the price for note7, even you are not willing to replace phone.

      how you didnt contact me for 2weeks?

      who will resolve my issue.

      I cant trust your loyalty team any more. no one kept the promise.

      even the manager didnt call me.

      LET ME KNOW WHO WILL RESOLVE THIS ASAP.
