    Using my globe home phone, after dialling customer service 02 730 1000 nothing happens..




      I badly needed help here. I recently signed up for Plan 1299 10Mbps with Landline.


      First off, max speed I get is 5Mbps.. after several speed tests the same results found:

      So the first thing I did is to try to contact customer support at 02 730 1000 and yet found another problem.. after dialling the number nothing happens.. though I can hear the dial tone.


      Please help!
