    No Signal, No network Connection, Poor Customer Service


      It's been 4 days and until now the postpaid line (Iphone 7) and the pocket wifi I bought from your store but still the line is inactive.  I tried activating the sim cards by myself through phone and even online, í send a message in your face book account but I did not received any feedback, I even called your customer hotline 2 times which took me 25 minutes of waiting before somebody assisted me but unfortunately they can’t help me and instead they want me to call the sales department which I also did but still I am waiting for another 15 minutes and still no one is answering!!!!!.
