    What happened to Globes Online support?


      Hello Globe,


      what happened to your online support? No replies to questions send to [email protected].

      You switched from your request based chat system to a Facebook chat, where its just luck if someone will reply.


      Your motto is "Creating a Wonderful World", but only if you define having a headache as wonderful.


      Is it really that hard to have a working online support system?

      Is there no QA?

      Are you just lazy?





      PS: It would not be a surprise to me that after this post a globe agent will ask me what my concern is and they will reply Instantaneously
