    Anyone here whose orders were cancelled and was not informed?

      I was expecting my unit today. I called the recontracting hotline and to my surprise, they told me that my order got cancelled coz there's a mistake in the process na ginawa raw ng CSR na nag- process ng request ko for recontracting. when i asked ano naging mali na nakita ng QC team nila, ang sabi dahil lang daw sa Explore Pack. For just a simple free feature/choice na ksama ng plan, cancelled lahat. Sana man lang sinabihan yung mga nacancel yung request. Ilang customers kaya na nagrecontract na ganito rin ang ginawa sa kanila... I think wala naman talaga mali sa process. Hindi lang talaga nila priority ang mga nagrerecontract.    I've read comments from facebook who had the same scenario as mine.    what a lousy way to treat loyal customers. i feel so frustrated and very disappointed for waiting and expecting for something na hindi naman pala madedeliver. And now, I was told na wala ng available units and i need to wait. Kapag may available na, dun pa lang ipaprocess ulit ang renewal ko...
