Since as you said your already conduct the BTS especially for sim and phone swapping
but still problem persist. It would be better if your would just Visit Nearest Globe Store for Actual sim and Phone checking.. Because it's impossible that sim has no signal in any location,Possible it's sim/phone related concern.Dont Forget to bring Valid ID's.
