dude same issue here but when i ask for answer sa call center nila the rep basically told me na swerte pa daw ako yung iba daw 40kbps lang. im not sure if aware ka na pag nareach mo na yung data allowance mo na 50GB per month eh babagal na yung internet mo. for 6 months pag bumabagal yung internet ko, atleast nkakakuha ako ng 500mbps but this month suddenly 200kbps n lng. so the rep offer me 2 choices either you buy their data allowance or tiisin mo yung 200kbps na sobrang bagal. so i choose to buy data for 499 for additional 60GB data allowance. i dont like it but I'm stuck with this 2 years contract so I guess kelangan ko magtiis or magbayad ng mas malaki sa plan ko na 1299. So if you're downloading and stream lot of videos at madami kayo ngshashare ng internet, I think this is not the plan for you.
