    7 day return policy


      Last October 28 I bought from Cebu Ayala a bluetooth wireless headset but after using it less than a month, it doesn't work, it's dead and cannot be charged. I went to Ayala today to have this checked out but they said it cannot be replaced anymore since it has been more than 7 days. Is this legal at all? Aren't products, especially electronic ones, have a 60 day warranty policy?

          Replacement is 7days only as provided in the  consumer act.


          While you may still avail a repair based on the product warranty.


          Here you must coordinate to ths nearest accredited service center and bring

          with you the propf of purchase. Kindly spare time to check the warranty

          certificate for further information.
