Good day! how can I activate the free HOOQ? Our broadband was upgraded since it is stated in our billing statement but no one came to install or whatever so we can enjoy the FREE HOOQ. I went to globe center here in SM Cebu the other day to pay our bill. I asked Re: HOOQ but gave me a landline number (032) 4121000 which kept on ringing every attempt made, tried 211 but sun voicemail recording were the one, I'd heard and also, the chat thru fb messenger until now no reply.
