    Globe Broadband - Monthly Data Usage Monitor

      Hi Globe Community,

       

      I called Globe Broadband support today (730-1000) and found out that there is no existing way for users to lookup their monthly data usage without calling their hotline directly (either that or the CSR I spoke to wasn't fully informed). Wouldn't it be great for us to be able to look up the data usage so we could manage our usage all through out the month? Calling the hotline would be a hassle for both the customer and the call receiver don't you think?

       

      Something similar to that screen that we get when you've reached your Data Usage limit would be great. I used to see this screen when our plan was still 1499, but since i upgraded to 1599 I don't get that screen anymore.
