hi, i am currently using globe plan and according to my contract i signed, it will end on oct. 2016. i would like to know how to terminate my line or subscription since i am still receiving bills. thanks
How are you? I strongly suggest to contact Globe and ask them to transfer the call to Retention for further assistance, but as fas as I know, the Globe rep (from 027301000) can also provide you how much is the term fee. Hope this helps!
