      hi i would like to ask assistance from you guys, i have been calling your customer service quite a few times for the past week yet they cant solve the issue. its regarding netflix that should come with my plan which is bundles homephone and internet. however its been more than a week now yet i cant seem to get the plan that i have signed up for and on top off that the telephone handset that was given to me is faulty thats why im having troubles calling your customer service. can anyone help me with these or should i go and ask help outside off your companu?
