Have you check if you have ringback tone or other irrelevant services like VAS , infotxt, or game subscription that keeps on sending you a message everyday? Your load will be deducted from the services you've subscribed. Another case is why your load will be eating up is when you still have regular load then your cellular data is open

have you tried checking your inbox? Check if there is a 4 digit access number for VAS. Sample numbers are 2474, 2332 or 2151. If you find it on your inbox that means you are enrolled to a VAS you can opt out by texting STOP ALL send to the 4 digit access number except for 2151 for 2151 you may text STOP P3D send to 2151. If this doesn't help you can call 211 or 02 7301000 for assistance.
