you can create an account thru accounts.globe.com.ph or call 211 or (02)730100 for bill re-sending on your email. you can also modify your bill delivery mode to paperless so that every month you will receive your billing on your email.

*To efficiently view your Billing Statement online, you just need to register in Globe MyAccount at accounts.globe.com.ph.
• Visit My Account dashboard and click “Billing History”.
You can also request for paperless bill delivery mode as what jhaybrio said.

u can only request for bill re sending tru customer care 211-via mobile or 02 7301000 via landline free open 24 hours | or use self service options such as globe website just log in to accounts.globe.com.ph / Gservices App .
