    Worrying about my "MyLifeStlye Plan 999 Hotline Application"


      Hi! My mom and I applied for a myLifeStyle 999 postpaid plan through their hotline. We already sent the necessary requirements like POID, POBA and POFC to [email protected]. The next day, we received a call from an agent and she interviewed me and asked me some personal questions. Before the end of the call, she asked me to wait for 24hrs for approval of our plan. My worry is, there are a lot of complaints that I've read here that they are very slow and not compliant to whatever they say. They told me that my device would be delivered on the 22nd or 23rd. What should I do? Should I call them tomorrow for follow-up or just wait for them to call back? Thank you very much!
