    Billed For Two Months

      I just wanted to know if it is normal to be billed in advance for a month? It is our first time using Globe and we don't know how things work. I contacted them through their account on Twitter but they're not responding yet. You can see in the picture that the bill for 11/27/16-12/26/16 is already billed to us even if it isn't December yet.when the bill arrived. Can someone explain this to me?
