    Globe new plans STILL not serviceable in our area.


      Trying to migrate my old plan P1,599 5Mbps w/ landline to P1,599 15Mbps.

      My 1st attempt to upgrade our plan to the new one was last September. Now, this afternoon tried it again and here's what the representative told me.


      "We apologize for the inconvenience. Please extend your patience a bit more. Based on the feedback from our Support Group, your request cannot be process due to your DSL facility is only capable up to 5Mbps."


      I live in Tagbilaran City, guess my place have very few globe subscribers and they're not bothering upgrading their facilities. Typical globe incompetence.

      Anyway just want to share my frustration against this company.
