    Escalation of Call / Online Support


      I want to escalate the call / online support regarding my ticket for my Call Duo package.


      I've been following up for more than a month now and still issue is still not resolved.


      Everyday when I follow-up, and they are just saying that they are not getting any response from their backend support.


      So I need to know on how I can escalate this matter to other heads so this can be properly be highlighted.


      Any numbers or person you can refer to me?
