You may call 02 730 1300 and select option for broadband and wimax account termination, then if you wish to continue your subscription the representative from account termination will process Wimax to LTE migration but since you area is still not covered by LTE, they will still issue an LTE capable modem and will work on 3G signal until LTE become available to your area, this process can be done provided that you explain well the details of your request, and for the charges billed to your account they will also process bill adjustment for it.
