    Why cannot Globe sort out the problems with my online account


      I cannot log onto my Globe account to check my bills etc.


      I have twice been told that it had been sorted out but each time the new password I had been given did not work.


      I have tried several times to set up a new account using a different email address but I never receive the email which would allow me to confirm the account.


      I have also repeatedly asked that I be regularly sent email statements but I only receive the odd ones.


      I have tried to complain but Globe do not make it easy.  When I have got in touch the people I have spoken to are very junior and despite trying to help have been unable to do so.


      Any suggestions.
