    Can't buy applications from Google Play


      Hi! I was able to buy an app last December 13, 2016 by billing it thru my Globe Postpaid bill. However, this week, it seems like I can't buy any apps anymore, even in-app purchases thru my postpaid. Can you please provide me some help regarding this? thank you


      Also, I received a text message regarding my billing for the month of December. Does the message affect my purchases thru my postpaid bill?
