since it is already beyond SLA, call the hotline at 211 or (02)730-1000 24 hours to made follow up request regarding your online application. With that, they will provide you reference number so that once you follow up again about your application, it is easier to check the feedback based from reference number provided
"Once amount has been paid, kindly advise us email@example.com so we may continue processing your application."

Please read what the message says, advocate already set an expectation, and there is no message that she will not continue my application after my payment...

you can call the re-contracting department (02) 730 1300 operating hours is 8am to 10pm
