    Cant receive SMS Verification Code

      Been registering for many times at globe.com.ph for online viewing of mt account. It says ill receive a verification code but never received anything. Been doing this many times and still no actions provided.

       

      Any other way to verify my account to my globe.com.ph account? Need your assistance guys.

          1. Create an account through https://accounts.globe.com.ph

          Visit https://accounts.globe.com.ph/registration or visit the Globe Homepage and hover over the My Account tab and click Sign Up:

           

           

          *Fill out the following fields to register:

          Valid Email Address

          Password (at least 8 characters)

          Re-entry of password

           

           

          *Once filled out, you should receive a verification email with an activation link.

          Note: please ensure to verify your email address within 24 hours, or your registration will be cancelled

           

           

          *Go to your email inbox and choose the email with the subject line: “Globe account verification” and click on the activation link.

           

           

          *Once you click the link, your account will be activated. You can now log-in to My Account using your registered Email Address and nominated password.

            * For Globe Mobile, fill out the following details:


            1. Account Type
            2. Mobile Number


            Click “Send Code” and a verification code will be sent to your mobile number.
            Input the Verification Code, then click “Add Account”

             

             

            Note on Globe Mobile Devices


            1. Gadgets that have an operating system and have a SIM Card slot for mobile data access are classified as Globe Mobile Devices. Examples of Mobile Devices include the following:


            a. Mobile Phones
            b. Smartphones
            c. Tablets (iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab etc.)

             


            * For Landline, fill out the following details:


            1. Account Type
            2. Landline Type (Landline Postpaid or Landline Prepaid)
            3. Account Number
            4. Phone Number


            Click “Send Code” and a verification code will be sent to your email address
            Input the Verification Code, and then click “Add Account”

             

             


            * For Broadband, fill out the following details:


            1. Account Type
            2. Account Number


            Click “Send Code” and a verification code will be sent to your email address
            Input the Verification Code, and then click “Add Account”

             

             


            * For Tattoo On-The-Go, fill out the following details:


            1. Account Type
            2. Data Account Type (On-The-Go Postpaid or On-The-Go Prepaid)
            3. Mobile Number


            Click “Send Code” and a verification code will be sent to your email address
            Input the Verification Code, and then click “Add Account”

             

             

            Upon enrolling your account, you may now manage your account details and request transactions using My Account
