    Increasing monthly bill!!


      Napansin ko lang kasi from 1499 in 2014. Naging 1799 na ung bill namin eh same mbps lang naman kami at wala kami pinadagdag sa globe. May panlilinlang bang nagaganap? Nasisira budget namin eh. Share ng advice or thoughts

          If not yet call their hotline 211 or (02)7301000

          Some question to determine why your plan is now on 1799.

          • Lately have you recontract your line?
          • Did you avail for a new handset?
          • have you check your billing?

                    -check your MRF page usually the second page check for the plan name it has the amount of your plan.

          • on your billing is there ant Value Added Services?
          • have you exceeded your data allowance?
