    Is there a rule globe has regrading w/subs or caller whose propane towards hotline agents


      for example i have known a caller or subscriber  whose calling to the hotline & shouting or insulting a hotline agent even it is not the concern related although we have saying that "customer is always right" but still they are workers whose very willing to assist us a subscriber do you have any rules to blocked, or sent notification to a certain client about his/her attitude to hotline??
