I think none, But please Agents have limited knowledge as they only use a FAQ Database and if they don't know the answer they forward you to the Tech Specialist.
They are still human with a family.Talk them as a friend not a robot without a heart!
yah!!! for like you u have a heart to hotline agent but how about the others that they think they are the perfect individual w/the mind like einstein..... i for my self is a call center agent thats the reason why i have a soft heart for my fellow agents
i think globe should have a policy for those who think they are bright, intelligent & god to say propane word, insult & shout to agent then banned for a certain period of month & recieved a notification to refrain from being rude di bah? i hope globe would consider this post
