      "no pdf available" po yung nakasulat sa pdf file ng bill na dinl ko po. pero sabi po sa text message ng globebill sakin available na daw po.tinry ko po ulet after ilang oras kaso hindi ko na maresend yung verif code. nawala yung link ng "resend verification code". help po. thanks.bill.jpg

          you need to have adobe reader.. to read your bill..

              Hi, you need to call the hotline to check your billing statement if it's been generated. if it's done. you may copy the link and open it to your browser/internet as a URL. make it sure you have PDF installed so you can view the bill. be remember:


              to view or download the bill for maximum of 5 times per billing period. While resend of verification code request has a maximum of 5 times attempts per billing period.


              - Verification code will be expired after 10 minutes.

              Wait for at least 7 days for your PDF bill to be available at MyAccount page from your cut-off.


              You may also check your registered email for your bill.
