    unable to process offered products


      Called 7301300 wanting to change my plan from 999 to the no lockup plan 599 since I am already out of contract. I was transferred to retention team because as per the operator, they are unable to provision the 599 plan. Then the retention agent said that they also cannot provision the plan since the offer expired December 31,2016 and wanting me to change to the 799 plan instead. Why is it shown in the website that there is an offer upto Jan 15?
