    My broadband account is disconnected?

      Hi, my account has been disconnected due to non payment -Details:  i was unable to pay my balance and i am now without service . i signed up for 2 mbps connection tried working at home but to my daily average connection is  0.4mbps so basically i cant work.  Here's my question since i plan to pay all my debt whenever i have enough cash - someone came to my house saying na kukunin nila yun modem taga globe daw sya  -sabi ko may babayaran ba ako? wala daw.  Paano kung gusto ko iparekonek in the future? mahihirapan daw ako mas mainam magreapply na lang ako which i find nonsense. Ganito ba ang process talaga kukunin ang modem?  Im just making sure kasi may balance na nga ako baka pati modem bayaran ko pa.
