    Messed up billing statement


      In my January Broadband bill i am getting charged 149 peso for a HQ subscription which is supposed to be free for the first 6 months in the first place
      There is no adjustment for it unlike in the previous months.
      Furthermore i am requesting the cancellation of all subscriptions related to my account since i upgraded it to 10Mbps in October 2016 and i have a email confirmation for the complete cancellation. However all still shows up in my billing and as said earlier i am even getting charged now.
      I have a 22 pages email conversation regarding this cancellation topic and until today all i see is a failure to do so.


      This is very annoying and disappointing. Anyone please tell me how this finally will be solved.Untitled.jpg
