    pro rated charges


      We are downgrading our broadband plan, after seeing the new plans of globe. Since the new plans were offered, we were never contacted by globe regarding this changes. Thus, we are basically paying a higher price for a slower speed and lower gb allocation. I wanted to know if the downgrading fee of 550 can be waived, given the fact that we have been paying a higher price when the gb and speed is no longer appropriate for that amount. Also what is pro rated charges? How is this computed?



      Current plan: 1999 ( 7mbps, 70 gb)

      Downgrading to: 1599 ( 15 mbps, 150 gb)
