    Postpaid Plan Application


      Hi Globe! I just want to know the status of my postpaid plan application. I sent an email but no one answered me. I tried your chat channel but they told me to call 730-1010 and when I called that number, they referred me back to the chat channel since my application was made online. I am now confused. Can you please send me an update? Thanks!
