I left Philippines to work abroad I was not able to enjoy the perks of being a post paid subscriber. I diligently pay all the billings even I am not using the line. My contract ended so I ask globe (via hotline) if the recurring fee would be less but unfortunately I was informed "NO". The inquiry call that I made cost me much being International call I guess (around 2,400) and I exceeded the limit, so Globe cut my line. I paid the billings I consumed. During the period wherein in my line is not usable I am still getting the recurring billings which I feel not logic. The line is down and the billing continues? Can somebody give me heads up concerning the scenario, can I dispute the billings made during the down period of my line? Thank you.
