      Hi, last Sunday I availed of the REDEEM CA20. Everyting was fine until later that evening, I cant send any messages and make any calls. I though it was just some glitch of my phone but when I inserted it to another unit, same problem occured. This is the third time I availed of the Reward, and the first time I encountered this problem. I also read in some past discussions that some users also encountered same problem. Until now, I am unable send sms except to 8888, and make some calls. However, I am able to receive some calls and messages. But I dont want to buy new simcard since all of my business dealings and other important matters are transacted in my number. Please address this concern since I am a loyalist to the network.
