    temporary disabled error but bill already settled?

      i got my account temporary disabled because of some billing issue but i was able to pay the full amount required to restore the service.

      already got the confirmation from talk2globe that it reconnected but still i'm getting the ivr on the phone and a temporary disabled message

      on the internet on any device connected?  already perform all basic troubleshooting, and i mean all! what's causing this?

          You need to call 211 ( customer service ) again , if you received unbilled charges messages , It is possible that your line is temporary disconnected due to exceeding spending limit ,  agents can check your account status and if in case your line is disconnected due to exceeding spending limit , they will adv you to settle half of your monthly plan in order for them to reconnect your line or else you can request for spending limit increase so that you will not exceed again
