    my internet need upgrade.




              Im from sta rosa laguna and requesting for upgrade but your customer representative offer is for down grade,

      the excuse is three is no slot in the cabinet line, is your upgrade coming from the line outside or in your system? please clarify,

      cause im paying every month even if the service are poor, and your offering an the upgrade for the prize of the previews plan to your new subscriber but not on your current subscriber?
