@On January 14, 2017 I requested for an upgrade from Plan 999 to Plan 1199 5mbps. Due to the plan upgrade, my internet service has been interrupted. As of this writing, I don't have internet connection at home. I already tried emailing Globe Customer Service a lot of times but the CSRs kept on saying that the upgrade is on progress. Still on progress after nearly two weeks? I've been a Globe subscriber for more than 6 years and I had upgrade requests before which were completed within 24-48 hours. give the job order now so that the technician can go to my place start intsalling the new modem! Hope someone can give me answers.. Thanks!
Technically, as a community member. I can't help you that much as it is an account related concern. But on my experience. You should not loose connection while upgrading and the upgrade should be done within 2 days tops. I suggest calling asking an escalation officer or a supervisor about your concern.
