The problem start in jan 16 until now we dont have internet connection because. we requested an upgrade from plan 999 to 1199 the CSR that i called on january 14 2017 they said that i need to wait 3-5 days until the feedback and the technician is ready to install but no technician is comming to our place so i call again ur globe CSR and tbey said that my acc is still pending! 3weeks still pending seriously!? I ask them why no feedback to the support but they didnt know why no feedback! No call also that i received! So dissapointed!
