Just yesterday my internet connection slowed down then I can't access anything on internet except my Facebook app and the Globe tattoo dashboard. And Globe starts alerting me about unbilled charges until it reached Php200.
My postpaid plan is 999, with 6GB monthly allocation.
I just acquired it last Jan.22, 2017.
Also when I checked my surfing usage, I have only used 4GB.
I don't know what to do anymore. I tried calling hotline 211, but I can't connect to them.
My guess its because I already reached my spending/credit limit? How about that anti-bill shock?
Where did you usually inquire for your data usages? is it through *143#? , accounts.globe.com.ph ?? gservices?
regarding with the anti bill shock it is only applicable once bill generates , if you want to enjoy your mobile data experienced with less interruptions , you can request for bill control cancellation since if you have go surf the maximum amount that will be charged for your data usages will be only 1500 , you can call 211 for further assistance
