I am still waiting for my order of an iphone7 plus 256 GB, jet black which is together with a renewal. I understand it is out of stock but nobody in Globe is proactive enough to get in touch with me. Not even to offer an alternative.Seems to me this how you treat with all your subscribers lately, especially your tenured clients.
