    My prepaid number suddenly deactivated with no notice


      I cannot access my email account in other devices because of the 2-step verification account that is linked to my prepaid account. Is there a moderator or admin that can help coordinate with me to fix this? I loaded ten pesos to it. It is a different number from the one I inputted here in my Globe user account (this one is postpaid).
