    Continous Superduo billing when I didnt subscribe


      I've already gone to a globe store to have this fixed. And they did fix it for that particular month and the months prior.

      Lo and behold, the Superduo charges are again in the statement.

      It such a hassle to keep on going to the Globe store, just to have this fixed.  Always long lines and I don't understand why they cant just fix it.

      Is there nothing I can do to fix this? cause it looks like they can't fix it on the store level.
