My Recontracting just activated today. Then I found that there is a new Plan with bigger mobile data allowance and Unlimited Text to all networks. Its so unfair that I will be stuck with this plan for 24 months paying the same price for lesser mobile data allowance.
Please delete. The first call I made to Cust. Service said that I cant change my plan and need to terminate my current plan first. And then I made this post. I called again then agent was able to change my plan. The problem was with the first agent I called.
