      I formatted my phone due to problems on some apps. But after re-installing the Spotify app then I logged in my account. Then I cannot grand access to the premium anymore even though I checked my balance that it said that I'm still subscribe to the Spotify Premium 299. I already ask for help on Globe Messenger. But no help at all. Any possible solution on how to activate my premium account?
