It is kind of annoying that every end of the month, on a 12mn, the Internet light in our modem turns red many times. This is the third time around and after that we can't access the internet anymore. The first time we've had this, we needed a technician just to reset the PPPOe username and password for us. Then came the 2nd time same issue and had a technician to reset it again. Is there any other way that GLOBE will not do this frustrating system reset? Because the customer service agents and technicians doesn't know why it happens so all they can do is reset it and I don't want this on a monthly basis. I've already called to escalate the issue. Anyone knows why this happens? We also have a neighbor who have the same issue.
