    Manage account button is not working.. I cannot view my data usage graph and I was charged by exceeding my data cap.. are you serious?


      I'm monitoring my data usage via online website.. few weeks before, the manage button online is not working.. this morning checking my mobile app.. I have been charged almost P500 because I exceed my data cap..


      first question: Why do they removed the data usage graph on the mobile app?

      second question: How can I monitor my usage if the website isn't working?

      third question: Is this for real? Are you serious about customer service?

      fourth question: what the hell globe?
