Fastest way would to be call the hotline (02) 730-1000 for landline or 211 for mobile (calling from a Globe prepaid sim will work).
You can also do it on the GServices app if you're already using it. Go to the app > tap the hamburger menu button > Account Services > Temporarily disconnect line.
