    I requested for the removal of GOSURF 299 in my account for more than 2 years but until now it still appears in my Bill!

      I called the Globe customer service SEVERAL TIMES regarding the removal of my GOSURF 299 because I already have an existing GOSURF999 that comes with my postpaid plan but until now, I am still charged with it. Its already been 2 years and my plan was over. Now that i upgraded my plan, it still appears on my bill!
