    How to limit bandwidth to other user through port filtering? (w/ attached pic)

      I had recently subscribed to globe broadband I am currently sharing it with some roommates who always view youtube videos in high resolution making our GB allowance dry as early as 5 days.

      I had recently read a discussion post

      **I had already tried blocking and unblocking them for the mean time

      but I really want to lessen their bandwidth not totally block them off
