    Sim replacement issue


      I went to Globe SM Marikina last Feb 25 to have my prepaid sim replaced to LTE Nano Sim. Unfortunately, after the sim replacement, my account started acting weird and preiodically sends system messages (every 5-10 mins) which ends eating up all my prepaid load. I have called customer service several times and they have told me that the issue has been escaled. It has been more than a week and i'm still encountering the same issue. Can anybody please help me with my concern?
