    poor globe hotline service


      i was passed from one agent to another ( up to 6) and not one was able to offer a solution to my concern. I only wanted activation ofthe new SIM card from a new postpaid plan I bought.  They just kept on saying " wala po along access, ililipat ko kayo sa ---". And when I finally got to postpaid dept spoke to a postpaid specialist, she transferred me to sales. Then sales wanted to transfer me back to postpaid.

      A number of the staff cannot even speak English. Please GLOBE people, shape up.
